I. Overview

4. Basic configuration

The middle part is the power control part, the tr*ning wiring area and the corresponding monitoring instruments. It is equipped with a ±300V DC voltmeter, a ±2.0A DC ammeter and a digital tachometer. In order to indicate the operating status of the DC motor, the lower part of the control cabinet is equipped with a three-phase synchronous transformer, a three-phase current transformer and a power thyristor module.

3. DC motor set

The tr*ning control cabinet is equipped with a DC motor, generator, and speed measurement system. The specific parameters are as follows:

②Generator (rated voltage: 220V; rated power: 240W; rated current: 1.1A; rated speed: 1500r/min)

The motor shaft is also equipped with a speed measurement feedback system to provide corresponding speed signals to the speed control system.
